Extension chairman, John Kucharski, read two petitions for Mt. Union College in Alliance, Ohio and New Haven College in West Haven, Connecticut asking that these petitioning groups be accepted as new chapters in Alpha Phi Omega.

Move: that this chapter tabled to petitions until we find out more information about the to petitioning groups.  Carried.

Move: that the treasurer and the finance committee look into the matter of sending and financing of delegates to the national convention in Denver, Colorado.  Carried.

Move: that the corresponding secretary compose a letter of recognition to be sent to the members of the College bowl team expressing congratulations from the brotherhood.  Carried.

Move: that the corresponding secretary be instructed to send notices of laps and in active membership to configure to participate in meetings or projects.  This was tabled to the membership committee.

Move: that the chapter appropriate from the 315 BX account, a sum of $150 to the Albert P. Madiera scholarship fund.  Carried.

There will be and Executive Board meeting next Sunday at 1:30 p.m.

The meeting was recessed at 8:15 p.m.
